Cask Conditioned Ales

Often referred to as "real ale", cask conditioned ales are brewed from only traditional ingredients and allowed to mature naturally. The unfiltered, unpasteurized beer still contains live yeasts which continue conditioning the beer in the cask. This process creates a gentle, natural CO2 carbonation and enhances the flavors that the brewers intended. We're the only pub in the city to offer these unique ales! We tap a different cask every Wednesday @ 4pm, so get here early!

July 7th
Arcadia Hop Mouth Double IPA
The flagship of Arcadia's Big Brew series, Hopmouth is a serious Double IPA. Huge Maris Otter malts and a more than generous amount of fresh hops make this beer memorable and a "must have" for all Hop-Heads.

July 14th
Dragonmead London Brown Ale
A traditional English style beer made with Pale, Crystal and Chocolate Malts and hopped with Northern Brewer and E. Kent Golding hops. The added molasses creates a refreshing blend that does not linger but fills the palate for a true English taste experience.

July 21st
New Holland Mad Hatter IPA
Mad Hatter explodes with complex hop flavors and echoes with subtle balanced malt notes. An excellent American IPA from New Holland Brewery.

July 28th
Dragonmead Broken Paddle IPA
This American Style IPA uses Pale Ale, Munich, and Caramunich malt blest with Cascade, Chinook, Willamette and Centennial (dry hopped) hops to create a brew that is fit for the crazy American hop addicts.
